Question 1

What is VUE?

Accepted Answer

VUE is a women's fashion new arrivals tracker. It watches the brands you follow and pulls every new product drop into one clean feed, updated daily. Instead of checking dozens of brand websites, VUE shows you what just dropped, all in one place.

Question 2

Is VUE free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. VUE is completely free. Create an account, follow the brands you love, and start seeing new arrivals immediately.

Question 3

How often are new products added?

Accepted Answer

VUE refreshes its product data throughout the day. Your feed shows what's new from the past week, so you'll never miss a drop.

Question 4

How does shopping on VUE work?

Accepted Answer

Every product on VUE has its own page with real-time price, size, and stock information. Tap "Shop Now" to continue to the brand's official checkout. VUE never handles payments, shipping, or returns.

Question 5

What brands does VUE track?

Accepted Answer

VUE covers a range of women's fashion brands from everyday essentials to luxury, including names like Reformation, Sézane, The Row, Khaite, Ganni, and many more. New brands are added regularly. You can request a brand from the Discover tab.

Question 6

What is a "Universe" in VUE?

Accepted Answer

Your Universe is where you connect your external wishlists and favorite shopping platforms. When you save an item in VUE, you're sending it to wherever you actually shop and save.

Question 7

Can I request a brand that isn't on VUE yet?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Head to the Discover tab and use the brand request form at the bottom. We review every request and add brands based on demand.

Question 8

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to your Profile page, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data (followed brands, saved items, connected destinations, and your profile) from our systems.

Question 9

Does VUE use my data to show me different products?

Accepted Answer

No. Every user following the same brands sees the same products. VUE shows you what's new from the brands you follow. Nothing more, nothing less. There is no feed manipulation or hidden ranking.
